I hope the community can help more than the SmartThings support did. I got conflicting and outdated information from them, so hopefully someone in the community did try to connect their washer/dryer (wf45k6500av2/dv45k6500ev) recently. Those appliances require an extra Smart Home adapter (HD2018GH) that I bought for each of them.
While the SmartThings support instructed me to setup the appliance in Smart Home app, the app itself redirected me directly to SmartThings, since Smart Home app is getting out of support in few days.
When trying to configure the appliance in SmartThings, I get the following error messages:
I'm concerned about this connection confirmation error message. Where should I see it?
