I have done everything you had sent me and appreciate it. But it’s not reaching proper voltage. It’s only getting to 75 volts from the wire connecting the drain pump to the control board.
I ended up gettign a part from eBay for the bottom rear control board.
I woudl recomend takign the part out and finding the part number on it.
Get the EXACT same one.
I tried the front control board and the board twice before finding the rear one and that fixed it.
May i ask which board the smaller one on the left is the washer inverter control or RJ big one on the right washer electronic control board? Any help would be helpful you can reach me at
I'm having the same issue. All of a sudden my front load washing machine touchpad has become unresponsive. I'm able to turn it on and off, but I can't change modes or start the washer.

If your washer won't start, the buttons won't work, will not turn on, or the control knob won't select a different cycle, you probably have Child Lock turned on. If your Child Lock icon is lit or flashing, this confirms it. Turning Child Lock off will usually take care of your problem. If the Child Lock is off and the unit still won't start, continue with the steps below.
Moisture in the panel is normal, especially if the washer is in a humid location. Allow the panel to dry and try again.
Some settings and features do not work with every cycle. If the button works on some cycles but not others, this is normal. See the appendix in your user manual for which settings can be used with each cycle on your model.
The outlet needs to be a well-grounded, 120V, three-prong outlet, protected by a 20-amp circuit. To confirm the outlet is working, plug in something else, like a lamp.
If the power cord is damaged, visit our Support Center to request service.
Your washer and dryer will typically share the same circuit, although electric dryers require a 240V outlet that a washer cannot use. Do not have any other devices on the same circuit as the washer and dryer.
Tripped circuits often look like they're on (see the lowest circuit in the image). To be sure, switch the circuit off, then back on again.
Samsung does not recommend using surge protectors with our washers.
Note: Make sure that you are quickly pressing the button down instead of holding it down

What was the issue with this washer? Have same problem where it turns on and won’t start “dings” when pressing and screen gets stuck on saying “off” when turning off. I am about to work PCB board. ???
What’s was the solution to this problem? Mine turns on but dings when you press start and when turned off. It says “off” and stays on screen til unplugged. Thanks in advance . ???
My washer won't start 90% of the time. When we turn it on it beeps twice quickly. Turning it on and off several times will sometimes get it to kick in and start going.
it started doing this like a month ago and it worked 50% of the time and now it's gotten progressively worse to where it just not working.
@SamsungCaleb I believe you just recently resolved the same issue for someone else.
thanks in advance
