While my wife was using our washer she told me she has seen an error IU or 1U. A couple of moments later I went to check it, but the washing cycle was stopped and the display was off. I tried to reset the washer but nothing happens. The washer gives the same sound signal and no lights are present on the touch screen. There is still water inside also.
Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.
You probably having issues 2ith the washer communication between boards , the ui or display board with main board likely if it is a front load washer it may has an inverter as we'll but I belive the failure is ui board. Why would you chose Samsung for appliances , there are better brands like Ge appliances who has factory service, Samsung dosent have factory service and also no other brand in usa has factory service except GE Appliances
