I am beyond frustrated trying to use this online scheduling. I have been on it too long and when pressing schedule appointment it asked me to select what item I made repair yet there were no pictures of anything to select.. I need somebody to call me and schedule a repair for my Samsung washing machine… It is leaking. [edit]
