You can select the option, but everything under it is grayed out. So I can't enable the "Remaining laundry alarm" option. Not sure if it works before you start washing, currently the machine is washing, so I can't test that.
When will Samsung fix this? There is an old thread about this same issue but it's locked, because apparently somebody thought the issue is solved, and marked one of the answers as a solution. However, that particular answer doesn't offer any solution. It just recommends to call Samsung about the issue.
Please provide the actual solution here, on the forum, Samsung. If there is actually a solution. If not, please do NOT close threads as solved, when they are actually not solved.
Posting the actual answer here would be much more helpful than asking hundreds or thousands of people with the same issue to call a phone number. Especially since that number is a US toll free phone number, which can't be called internationally, in my case from Romania.
My washer, if it matters, is a WD90T754DBX/S7.
And the old thread that was locked is called "Remaining Laundry / Add Location Information error".
