I'm taking out to an attorney as well. I have the same issue and the washer is only 2yrs old. I smell another class action suit.

After reading all these , I’m sure Samsung has a problem and may contact attorney to see if they need to have a recall on these. I’m having same problem. Was told that a specialist would call me , NO CALL! They sent a sears repair man and stood in front of washer and ran cycle told me off balance and charged me $89 ! Re leveled no help. New pump didn’t fix did all the things everyone else did and didn’t fix😩

Hello all. Same problem here with a WF42H5200AP-HE. Rinse cycles or spin cycles often just keep running forever, time jumping back up. Only had the washer about 3 months. We have an infant in the house (and a toddler) so not sure how we're going to survive. Tried doing a calibration, no change. About to start down the (long and painful) process to try and get it repaired.

Anyone from Samsung able to help us?

@ Jungstarr I would be happy to look into this further. Can you please drop a private message with the full model and serial numbers of the washer: https://bit.ly/2mQxylV

Hi Samsung - I am having the exact same problem as described by everyone else here. One load tumbled so long it unraveled my kids’ snowpants. Whom should I should I contact to resolve this?

Same problem with mine as well. Gets stuck at the spin cycle. Have to run spin cycle twice as well. Apparently there is major problem with many brands of Samsung smart washers.

Mine is Model# wa40j3000aw/a2

My neighbor has the same problem with his washer as well. HELP.

I have the same problem since may 2018.  I have to stop the normal cycle once it goes up to 32 minutes and put the rinse and spin cycle then wait until the machine says 7 minutes and goes up to 12. I did the calibration, clean the filters, verify if the washer is in a balance floor and the problems persist.  Definetely there should be a factory problem with theses washers, there are so much cases with the same issues.  Samsung there is a recall or something? The washers are appliances that should last a long time not one year at most two.

Same issue. wf45k6200az/a2. Quits spinning and time jumps back and just does this over and over. Tried 'troubleshooting'. How does this not produce an error code? Washer could go for hours, maybe days if you forget you put on a load.

Mine is less than 2 years old and hardly used. Is anybody getting anywhere with samsung? A brand like this should be standing behind their name brand given their wide variety of products.
