We just purchased this (https://www.samsung.com/us/home-appliances/washers/details/top-load-washer--dryer-set-with-super-spe...) set this weekend. It is so nice but when we wash clothes it takes well over an hour for the normal + fabric softener cycle. It seems to add water a lot and says it's on the rinse cycle for most of the cycle time. I only have it set to rinse 1x. Anyone else have this challenge and might be able to provide recommendations? Also, what is the average cycle time for a normal load?
