The most common reason for this error is a blocked or kinked water supply hose, and we recommend you try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve. Before completing any of the steps below please fully power off and unplug your washing machine.
1) inspect the water supply hose for damage
2) ensure the water supply valve is "OPEN"
3) Power Cycle the washer by unplugging the washer at the outlet or flipping the circuit breaker of the washer for 1 minute. Then, restore power and try to run a cycle.
4) Check for debris for this step, you'll need to turn your water supply valves back off, and disconnect the hoses from the back of the washer. Then look inside the washer's connections and if there is noticeable dirt or debris, we recommend for you to carefully remove the filters and clean them.
