Every time I hit the toggle switch to turn on the WiFi on my Samsung bespoke washer dryer combo it just shuts the wifi back off again and sometimes it will connect but then just disconnect and back to the same issue again. Any suggestions on whatās going on or how I can fix this?
Did you properly set up the wi-fi connection between the washer and your router? Normally setting up a smart device with your home router requires first connecting to the internal network of the smart device in order to connect that network with your home network. I suggest going through the setup process again. Also, most smart devices require a connection to the 2.4gHz band, so if your router has combined the 2.4gHz band with the 5gHz band, the devices are not so smart at sorting them out. You need to keep the two networks separate within your router. I have several devices that are hinky like that and all my devices either stopped working or refused to connect when the bands were combined and work perfectly when they are separate.
