My Samsung dryer DVH5200EP/A3 will power up and when i push start i hear a hum. If I open lid and hand turn the drum the motor will begin to spin the drum and it will operate as normal and finish cycle. If I run a steam cycle which requires a start and then a stop and start in the middle of cycle... the drum will not start up again on its own to complete the cycle.
I feel the motor is fine and belts are fine... pulley etc... I am trying to determin which part like a fuse or something that makes the motor in initially begin to spin is going bad.
95% of the time a manual start is required. occassionally it will actually start on its own.
I have tried light loads and it seems to make no difference.
