washer model # WF328AAW/XAA

I have had my washer almost 2 yrs. I pulled up the warranty and it expired in 2010. Several years before I bought it.  Lol anywho I was doing a load of laundry and it was doing fine then when there was 1 min left in spinning mode. It made a loud noise and started to smoke. Im kinda freaking out about it. It should not be falling apart before the 2 year mark. Thats insane.  Any ideas what happened or how I can go about looking to see what happened.  Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that, have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the link below?

If the troubleshooting steps did not help above then you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
