Galaxy watch not connecting to galaxy apps.

Just bought a galaxy watch. Everytime i try to open the galaxy apps app, the loading screen comes on for a few seconds and then it shows " Couldn't connect. Check your network connection and try again". The watch is connected via wi-fi and bluetooth.

 

Any help is much appreciated guys

Have you tried clearing the cache and data on the Gear Manager application? You can do that by going to Settings>Apps>Gear Manager on your phone, then pressing Storage. The options to clear the cache and data are in there.

Yes, I just bought the device yesterday. And there was an update straight away.

Yeah i starten haveing that to but clearing the Chase wont fix it help pls
