Active 2 watch not tracking sleep

I have been using a Samsung watch since 2016. My current watch, Active 2 is not tracked my sleep. I have sent my watch in for repair, a new board and still not tracking correctly. I sent the repaired watch in for warranty exchange and it took 24 days to get a replacement. The replacement came in a zip lock bag with no way of knowing if it was new or repaired. Two of the last 3 nights it didn't track any sleep, which my Cpap machine doesn't agree with. (Over 7 hrs each night)

Samsung has not addressed this problem with this watch and I'm really frustrated.
