I'm having the same problem on my OnePlus 3. When I try to connect to the home WiFi network on my Android phone, it suddenly stops working and displays a message “Wifi Authentication Problem”. But this helpful guide helps me to get rid of this annoying problem.

I think I tricked it. Try this it's working for me so far. Connect to whatever network it is. Once your connected, click on the network again before it drops off again and it brings speed/security/forget network menu up.. now leave this open in the background running. So far ive had no issues staying connected. Weird that it' working but try it.

@userOJu8osZ8kZ Have you attempted any of the suggested troubleshooting?
I find it disgusting and distasteful that you peope keep trying to brush the problem away even though you fully know that this is a widespread issue. There are hundreds of posts about this wifi prolem, yet this site's moderator keep labeling it as resolved rather than taking an active approach to update users on its progress at a fix. I hope Samsung will spend more of the billions it makes on user support and customer service and perhaps hire better people, or it will soon go downhill.
