I recently bought a Gear Sport. It doesn't seem to be monitoring my heart rate when i am exercising. I select cycling or running and it starts tracking my heart rate for about 2 mins and then fixes on a heart rate and it doesn't change from then on. I've attached an example file. Any fixes for this?

I have the same problem. Also it doesn't track my heart rate when it auto detects an exercise?? Only when I select an activity. Watch is set to continuous heart rate monitor mode. Any help would be appreciated

I have this issue too. When cycling. It just stops monitoring my heart rate. I also have the issue of it not monitoring my heart rate properly or consistently during the day, even though I've set it to. There's so many major bugs other than this one that I'm considering taking it back for a refund. I have little confidence in Samsung supporting their wearables after being burned twice with Samsung wearable tech. I think I'm over it and will just get my money back and never buy a Samsung wearable again.

I understand. If you've done everything, including a factory reset on the Gear, I would recommend reaching out to one of other lines of support for immediate 1-on-1 assistance and see about setting up an evaluation and possible repair for your device. You can reach out on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/samsungsupport/), Twitter (https://twitter.com/samsungsupport) or by using the Live Chat feature in your Samsung Plus+ app.
