So, i have noticed over the past year that any Bluetooth device I have paired to my phone that has a microphone does not seem to work properly. They work fine with every other device I own that supports Bluetooth, including with video calls, recording, etc.. my phone, however, does not seem to work properly.

I have 2 different Bluetooth speakers that have Microphones. I have a set of Bluetooth ear buds with a microphone. I had a set of Bluetooth headphones with a microphone. I have a Bluetooth head unit in my truck with a microphone. I have a Bluetooth to FM receiver that has a microphone. On all of these devices, I can hear the individual through the Bluetooth device, crystal clear. The caller, however, cannot hear me.

Let me repeat, I can hear them, but they cannot hear me, and this issue only occurs with my phone when I am using a device with a Bluetooth microphone for the call.

I can be heard by Alexa with Amazon music. I can be heard voice to text. I can be heard by Google Assistant. The problem is 100% with calls.

This is dangerous and annoying. My family will call over and over and over if I do not answer (for reference, I am 36 years old). I have to pull over and activate speaker phone to be heard. I have answered and had them not hear me and call 5 times in a row with this (and they KNOW I'm having this issue).

Please tell me how to fix this.

I have tried:
Factory reset
Hard restart
Soft restart
Locating noise canceling (doesn't seem to be an option - I can't locate any such option)
Repairing the items with the phone
Checking for hearing aid options (doesn't seem to have said option)
Volume adjustments
Checking Volume settings

My trucks head unit does NOT have android auto, and again, this has been an issue with at least 6 or more Bluetooth devices.
