I have a 7 month old 55" QN85 tv and when I turn it on the screen is extremely dark. At first I thought the screen wasn't turning on at all but realized you can just barely make out the outline of some of the apps on the home menu. Screen remains in the barely visible dim mode on all inputs, I tried my xbox, switch, and the smart tv home screen. I also tried unplugging the tv for a min and plugging back in directly to the outlet and issue still persists. Do you have any further trouble shooting guidance or do I need to book service?
