Galaxy S24To activate the card, you need to access Samsung Wallet, go to your Samsung Money by SoFi account, select "I got my card," and then tap the card against the NFC reader on the back of the phone. I have the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
When I tap the card, the phone vibrates, indicating it has read the card's information, but then nothing happens—the screen freezes. It seems like the next step's information, screen, or image is there, but it can't be viewed or interacted with. I have to close the app to use the phone again.
I haven’t been able to activate the card because of this issue. Does anyone know what can be done?
