When I have Easy Connection to Screen open on my desktop monitor and then connect to the monitor from the TV, it shows that it's loading then the tv screen goes black and my desktop monitor goes back to the log in screen. I have made sure everything is up to date and also unplugged/replugged everything back in but it is not working.
