Just purchased two of the Bespoke Heat Pump Washer and Dryer Combos about a month ago and have been very happy.
Unfortunately the button that turned on the interior drum light while the unit was running disappeared with the latest software update. It happened to both units so it appears to not be a fluke. This was one of our favorite (albeit minor) features with the unit as it allowed us to see if the laundry was getting rolled up into a ball when drying.
