Are you by chance using the charger that came with the tablet? Do you notice any loose pins in the charging port of the tablet or does the charger "Wiggle" when attempting to charge?

Have you tried a smart hub reset? You will have to sign back into the apps but it can refresh the connections to the server.

A complete reset is the same as a factory reset. It can be done from the settings under Backup & Reset.

Hi there! We got a response to your questions. All of the ports are HDCP 2.2 compliant so yes, all the HDMI inputs support 4k. And this TV supports HDR premium which means it supports HDR content and it has 10 bits of color.

If the TV has been tested in a second outlet, has been unplugged for a few minutes, has had second HDMI cables tested, and still has no picture; then service would be recommended. Is the laptop by chance a chromebook? If so then you may be able to lock it using the Android device manager. If it is not, then unfortunately we do not have the capability to lock the device without it being in hand. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, I would recommend reaching out to your local police department if you know who has taken the laptop.

Have you pulled up the Easy Printer manager to see where the jam is supposedly located? The manager should give you an exact location such as in the exit tray or in the machine.

Can you verify that the ICE off light is not turned on? When ice only drops from the ice make if test switch/button on the ice maker is pressed, verify that the Ice Off icon is not illuminated on the display panel. When the Ice Off icon is illuminated, the ice maker is turned off. However, when pressing the test button, the ice maker will continue to harvest any ice that is in its ice tray.
If Ice Off is not enabled, but the ice maker still does not produce ice unless the test/reset button is pressed, test unplugging the unit for 1-2 minutes. If still no change, then repairs are recommended.

Hey there replytom, sorry to hear of your troubles. May I ask if you have unplugged the unit for approximately 30 secs to a minute to simulate a reset? You can also trip the breaker for a moment to do the same thing.

So sorry for the delay Howie! Here's a little break down for the firmware that is available:
The download labeled MICOM (Firmware) ver. 0151 is for the Wireless Module
The download labeled MICOM (Firmware) ver. 1003.4 is for the Micom
The download labeled MICOM (Firmware) ver. 1003.0 is the DSP software
The download labeled MICOM (Firmware) ver. 1.0 are the upgrade instructions in pdf format.
As you see, all 4 files are different, but have similar looking names. Very confusing I can admit. Please note that when updating the K550, ALL 3 downloads (items 1 -3 above) should be done, but they should be performed SEPARATELY. In other words, you should never put more than one of the 3 files on the USB when upgrading. The order for upgrading is not important so any order is A-okay. Hope this clears it up a bit. :)

Sorry for the confusion, we ask this information to have a better idea of what kind of setup you are dealing with. For example the baseband version is the software version that tells us if everything is up-to date and the model/carrier will tell us which operating system you have. Does this only happen with certain applications or all of them? Or have you by chance tried loading the phone into safe mode to see if this happens there?
