Open the Samsung Gear App> Settings> Abou Gear> Update Gear software(R140XXUARC1). If the software is up to date, on the phone navigate to Apps > My Files> Internal storage> From My Files, touch More Options (3 vertical dots) > Settings > Show hidden files. Search and delete the following folders.
fake_service
go_to_gearworld
go_to_cassiopeia.test

Have you tried rebooting your phone into safe mode to see if the problem continues?
To get into safe mode, just do the following:
Power your device down
Then power it back on
Press and hold the Volume Down key when you see the Samsung logo until the phone is powered on.

No problem at all, there is a lot of different numbers. so If you are trying to disable the reminders after forwarding the call, please try these steps:
Navigate to settings
Click on Notifications
Select the option Other Notifications
Then turn it off.
