I experienced this issue with both those and my Galaxy Buds Plus. Make sure to clean them and follow the troubleshooting steps they have online. If you call/text 1-800-SAMSUNG and they are still in warranty they can replace the buds for free if you send them into their service center.

Hello there, it is not recommended to purchase the Galaxy buds case or just one bud second-hand. These products cannot be confirmed to perform correctly with your previously purchased devices. Purchasing a used case also voids any warranty your buds have as the warranty information is tied directly to the case of the Galaxy Buds. If you've lost your case or just one bud the only solution would be to purchase a new set of Galaxy Buds.

In my case my power charger is overheating my watch, I cool it down bc it was a bit hot than normal and then charge it from my phone wireless back and turned on try to charge it from your phone or buy a new charger also don't leave your watch on the charger for too long that makes the watch overheating too. This issue is anything but resolved. Don't even dream of talking to Samsung about this issue, possibly my poorest customer service experience trying to get this resolved on phone for 90 minutes by one increasingly incompetent agent after another. I ended up wiping the phone myself and losing all my data because they can't solve this issue and don't seem prepared to address it or capable of resolving it. Last Samsung phone that I will own after that experience. Absolute joke.

That happens to me too! I discovered it was because my phone was going to sleep. I found that putting the app into the Never Sleeping App list under Battery and Device Care fixed the issue! I hope that fixes your issue too!
