Sorry to hear this. I've been able to get some pretty good battery life out of my Note 20 Ultra. A little over 7hrs of screen on time making it through my entire day without having to throw it on the charger. I will admit its not as good as what I get with my S20 Ultra, but still good to get me through my day without worry. You'll need to give it some time to learn your usage patterns. Once the phone has adapted to your usage, battery life will be much better. I hope this helps. If you've found my post to be helpful, please like the post. This does not look like something that can be fixed through any type of software update or fix. I recommend reaching out to Samsung care to see if they can possibly fix the screen for you. You can also call wherever you bought it from to see if it is covered under warranty. Sorry for this issue and I hope it gets fixed soon. If you've found my post to be helpful, please like the post. If you've already tried resetting to default, try going into your app settings and force stop the keyboard app. Then restart your phone. If that doesn't work you might need to do a full factory reset. But before doing so, make sure you back up all of your content into the cloud or an SD card. Then unmount your sd card through settings and remove it. Then do the factory reset. I hope this helps. If you've found my post to be helpful, please like the post. Hi! I had this same problem. Try uninstalling the wearables app. Completely disconnect the earbuds from your device via Bluetooth. Make sure they are not connected in any way. Reinstall the wearables app. Once installed, check for any updates. Restart your device. Then go in to the wearables app and connect the Galaxy Buds through the app. Not through Bluetooth settings. This should work👍 If you've found my post to be helpful, please like the post. If my response resolved your issue, please press the "✓ Accept as Solution" button.

Hi there, You will have to turn up volume on the Buds themselves first. To do this, go into your Galaxy wear app for your galaxy buds. Then go down to touchpad settings. Change your touchpad settings to volume up. Now, using your galaxy buds, turn your volume all the way up. This should do the trick. Let me know how it goes.
