Good evening @itssomebody I hope you're doing well. To answer your question; you can only use Samsung phones with more powerful processors in the Samsung Smartthings app. Of course your S22 Ultra qualifies for it. But your a12 wouldn't. The list of compatible devices can be found in the Samsung Smarthings find tab in the "how to use" section. However you would be able to unlock and locate your devices straight from your Samsung account if your devices still have a battery life to them. For that you would need to log into your Samsung account on the desktop site, then go over to "devices" from there you would be able to locate your devices when they are misplaced. That would be the way to find one from the other solely because you'd have to have a flagship to be able to use that Samrthings feature for both devices. I hope that helps.

Good evening @NaliLali I hope you're doing well There's not really a technical fix for your phone's camera audio from concerts being distored. Usually depending on how much audio your phone's internal microphone pick up in an environmental situation determines how well both video and audio will come through. Which device do you have?

Good evening, unfortunately that's not really possible, the idea of secure folder is that it's suppose to keep your important files secure while needing those verification credentials to unlock it. You can change how you unlock secure folder from a fingerprint to just a pin if you wanted to unlock it that way by opening your settings menu> going to your "lock screen option"> "secure lock" after which you'll enter your pin or password> then in "show lockdown option" that will switch it from needing a fingerprint to a pin. Otherwise you could hide important data you have in your "My files" app in different folders in there. No passwords are required for that

You could try uploading a video file to the Google Drive then sharing that link to iOS users so they could view a video file in higher resolutions and vice versa.

Good Evening SavannahSmilez, I hope you're doing well. The only thing that can be done to rectify pixilated videos is to send them directly using other messages platforms such as Facebook messenger, and other social media messaging apps. The reason videos sent from iOS users to Android users look pixilated is because first, Android messaging apps, Samsumg Messenger in particular, uses a Standard known as MMS which condenses media sent over the air, and second, Apple Designed iMessage to be more friendly for other iMessage users unfortunately.

Good evening, The first thing you'll want to do is open the first app you're looking to use in split screen view> next tap the recent apps button on the bottom of your gesture buttons. What this will do is it will go into the recent apps opened view.> the next thing you'll want to do is tap the top icon of the app you just opened which should open a drop down mini sub menu> next you'll want to select "open in split screen view"> after that you can open the next app that is supported by split screen view. I say this because there are select apps that do support this feature and others that don't; you should have an idea on which ones do when you start using it.

good afternoon, Culllenator. I hope you're doing well. Bixby is only compatible with phones with enough processing power and ram to handle the voice assistant; which is why Bixby is usually found in the upper mid-range (The A71) to the flagship Samsung devices. Such as the S series, Note Series, and the Zfold series.

Hey @DiverAllen I'm sorry to hear that your weather setting on your Galaxy Watch is set to the improper metric. Here's how you change that: you can change the weather report in both the Samsung Wearable App or on the Galaxy Watch itself. To do this: In your Samsung Wearable app you'll want to go into this. And make sure that your Galaxy watch is selected within the app> next you'll want to tap "settings" for the Galaxy Watch> then you'll want to tap "apps"> after doing this you'll need to scroll to the weather app next to "weather" there will be a settings icon tap this> which will take you into the settings of the weather app in the galaxy watch. Good afternoon @Abhaya71 from what I've seen; the RAM is only upgradable in the 15.6 version of the Book Ion, and not the 13.3 inch version. So if you're using programs that require more memory on the machine itself I'd definitely consider going with the 15.6 version anyway.

Hey @Samsung_Khe3fbk I hope you're doing well this morning. Depending on how big the software update is and your carrier that's pushing it out to your device; some carriers require that you connect to Wi-Fi to download it even if you have an unlimited data plan. You can try to set your app update settings to download over data instead of Wi-Fi in the Google playstore settings but software updates are a different story generally because of how big they usually are. I hope that helps a bit.

Your Video Enhancer might be on. This makes your screen brighter when watching videos on apps such as YouTube, Netflix, etc. To disable this: open your settings Menu> Scroll down to "Advanced features"> next Scroll down to "Video Enhancer" and toggle it off. Also if you tap on it; it shows you the apps that you already have installed that are compatible with this feature so it gives you a better understanding of which apps would be enhanced if it were toggled on.
