I too am having this issue... my buds are charging, but the case is not charging at all. In reading this thread, this appears to be a common issue. has a resolution been found for this issue? This is very frustrating.

Unplug your USB charger. Go to setting -> Device maintenance -> click on Battery -> Advanced setting Then disable Fast Cable Charging. Then enable Fast Cable Charging again.

Hi @uservZg7C2cKIt Here are a few things you can try to resolve your issue. 1. Perform a "Force Reboot". Press & hold volume down and power keys at the same time for 10 seconds. This will refresh your memory and all apps also. 2. Try to send a "new message" to the recipient. Delete all old message threads and start fresh. 3. Try to reset network settings. If none of these work, I would suggest maybe giong to your local carrier store and get a new SIM card. I hope this bit of info helps in any way. Have a great day.
