its possible it may be a system glitch. try wiping the cache partition then rebooting the phone. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition. @userPewPw5x66T Do you happen to have any work emails or permissions set up by work on the device? It may be restricting you from doing certain things.

@userM5X0qxbzYB It sounds like the hardware is working being that it does work in general just not with that face. It could be a software glitch. I would recommend factory resetting it and going from there. Turn the Galaxy Watch Active2 off. Press and hold the Power key until REBOOTING displays at the bottom of the screen. Press the Power key three times quickly until the Select REBOOT MODE screen displays. Press the Power key several times to highlight ' Recovery'. Press and hold the Home key for three seconds to select, until the Galaxy Watch Active2 begins rebooting.

oh, i see. This is done individually on each of the apps. if using the Samsung EMail app - go into the email app > hit the menu icon (three lines on the top left) hit the gear settings icon hit notifications under each email you will see two options (show notifications and new emails) select new emails you can adjust the sound or tone it uses by selecting sound For text messaging it will be through the settings in the phone settings > sounds and vibration >notification sound For whatsapp - enter the app hit the top right 3 dots > settings select notifications > notification tone Anything thats an app you will need to enter the app to select the different tone. Or it will be generalized to the one set in settings. Hope this helps 🙂

@userMhKEcDWrz3 just thought of another setting to check incase its not wind down. settings > accesibility > visibility enhancements > color adjustment > grayscale (if its on you can just turn it off)

@userMhKEcDWrz3 That sounds like wind down mode. Go to your settings > digital well being > wind down. See if its triggered on. If it is disable it. This turns your device into a gray scale (black and white) mode. Let me know if this isnt the case and i can think of another solution.
