Hello @userViakou4Taq, I suggest double-checking you are on the latest update. If you are I suggest backing up your data and restoring to factory settings. To do this: Make sure you turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key. When the green Android logo displays, release all keys (‘Installing system update’ will show for about 30 – 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options). Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “Factory data reset” Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight “Yes” and press the Power key to select. After the wipe cache partition is complete, the “Reboot system now” is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device. After all that. Please use Samsung Smart Switch to restore your data but don't restore any of your settings. This way we ensure nothing settings wise from previous restores affects anything with your current phone. If none of the above has worked for you. May I have to suggest you look into getting the device serviced. Hope this was helpful! Hello @hiatorlo, This seems pretty normal and nothing to cause alarm. Streaming content and apps like Discord take up a lot of the phone's processing power especially if left on for extended periods in use. The only time you should be alarmed is if the phone gets too hot to touch/hold and if this is the case I suggest you reach out to your local UbreakIFix or Samsung Experience store for a diagnostic test and advise you not to continue using this device. @userEH5rmJBGci, There are many apps out there that require this. However, I was more so speaking on third-party apps that streamline the process and make the proper format and placement in folders for you so you don't have to worry about location/naming, etc. Thanks, Zolfur

Hello @userEH5rmJBGci, It's possible to add more alerts/ringtones to your A50 device! If you go to the Google Play store and search for ringtones, you will find an array of different third-party apps to choose from. Within these third-party apps, you can easily search for a specific sample or song you want and typically these apps add the sounds to the right location in the folders of your phone so no extra work is needed.
