Hey @user_steve Hope all is well Let's try a reset on the Smart Remote. Press and hold the return/source button on the remote for 10 seconds. This will reset the Smart Remote. You'll then need to re-pair it to the TV. Let us know how it goes.

Hey @lilgann012 Hope all is well I've seen this with some sd card that when there about to go bad they become intermittent and are able to be read sometimes until they don't. I would recommend that you backup your sd card info on a computer and purchase a new sd card.
