try reset your setting (not factory reset) settings - general - reset - reset all settings. it will not remove everything, only the information on settings and apps.

try submit the issue to samsung members app. they might be able to find out if the setting is wrong or if there is an issue with the phone. also, have you tried reinstalling the app?

is your phone have connection to both 2.5GHZ and 5 GHZ? i think its because the 2.5ghz has longer distance than 5ghz. try remove 2.5ghz from your phone and see if it only connects to 5ghz when you enter the wifi zone. and i dont think there is wifi priority you can set

you can search for 'One UI Home" in galaxy store to update, but if you are on verizon, i think you will have to wait until the update is released. to check, settings -> Home Screen -> About Home screen.

unlocked device using vzw and spectrum does not support RCS. also, RCS only works between the same carrier, and not all carriers support RCS. I wish it supports like an imessage that supports between same manufature.

I think there is a network issue going on with vzw. some people are complaining their wifi calling isnt working either, but signal where I am is working fine. if you already talked to vzw rep, try submit a report on samsung members. They might be able to tell if there is an issue with your deivce or with verizon network.
