do you have att? if the issue happens again, try submit a ticket through samsung members app. click get help button at bottom mid, scroll down for error report, and include a screenshot so samsung can look more deep into it.

do you have the SD card and is the picture saved in the sd card?? if so, it could be the SD card issue.

try submit a ticket through Samsung Members app which can be downloaded from Galaxy Store. This app will automatically collect the log about your wifi settings and agents will be able to tell you what the issues are about. include your wifi modem, and provider so they can look into it more detail.

you can upload your problem on Samsung Members app. send/receive text message then go to samsung members app and upload your issue. technicians will look into your log and see what the issue is.

your DND(do not disturb) is on..... it doesnt display incoming call if DND is on.... turn it off from settings or from your quick panelc

gallery -> click a photo -> pen icon on bottom? beauty effect is the effect you see when you turn on front (selfie) camera. once oyu turn on front camera, click on wand icon on top right, and u will see beauty section.

try this step: 1. uninstall 2. change navigation bar to navigation buttons ( the one with 3 buttons at bottom) 3. re-install 4. change navitagion bar to full screen gesture 5. slide mid button up to go home, click always

the phone has 5G antenna, but carriers dont have enough 5G towers to support. 5G wavelength is very shorter than 4G and each tower support much lower numbers of devices at the same time than 4G tower, so carriers have to make A LOT across the country to make it fully support, and many carriers such as Verizon are working on it for years now. thats why not many cities, except only big cities like LA, Chicago, Dallas etc support 5G, but still have some issues. its up to carriers to build more towers and have them support our 5G phones.

can you try receving your calls from safe mode? you can enter your safe mdoe by: restart your phone: when Samsung Galaxy S20 logo comes up, keep press and hold volume down until the phone is fully turned on. you will see safe mode on bottom left corner. try receiving your calls in this mode. if your phone works, then one of application you downloaded is causing the issue. you can exit out safe mode by simply restarting your phone. if not, can you give me the last 4 numbers of software version? you can find it at settings -> about -> software info -> last 4 numbers of baseband. thanks

fps may vary depending on your phone's condition and interent connection strength. different from 120hz. ur game might be at 30fps, and still be 120hz. for example, if ur internet is slow, your game can display at 30 fps. even though u set at 120hz, u will only see 30 fps. also, not all games support 120hz, developers have to update to make it compatible

download a samsung members app from galaxy store, and send the log. Samsung Technicians might find if there is anything wrong with the software to upload your log, click Get help -> scroll to the bototm -> Error reports -> either Always or Just this time` -> sounds/vibration -> fill in info -> you can attach video by selecting paper clip, and send logo with paper plane logo
