Hit the permissions menu, do the same for apps you don't want accessing your internet.

A beast of a tablet. Just connected my 3TB external hard drive and transferred 3700 of my apks aka apps on the 512GB microsd card I have in it. Plus, I bought the 256GB variant. Was performing my transferring while in split screen window watching, YouTube and posting. It's fully loaded with apps too. Had about 10 open apps. I never close anything. And, i already have 4 1/2 pages of apps on it about to add more. I use them. Multitasking is incredible and I haven't used DEX yet. My keyboard is on backorder. Someone figured out how to turn off the notch it's in the settings menu.

Not sure how to process your post. The entire panel of the OS is missing elements or some add-on functionality like a on screen clock, always on, you as the user would place on the screen?

I'm on my laptop, the Note app is version 4.3.11.0. I'm signed into Samsung Cloud and storage sync is always on. What is your version. And, search for Galaxy Appstore from a web browser or the Note app. Download it from Samsung and not Microsoft. Most of the time I get my apps directly from the sources. Sometimes you can download them directly to a folder. Sometimes they do ask you if you want them from Microsoft store. If given an option, take them directly from the source.

Are you sure it was new? Cause my laptop is fluid, a dream operation in motion. Despite having Windows on it. I got the 16GB, 512GB 13 inch laptop and I love it.

At first, I was fighting it too. Dome of the software made no sense. But, once you start using the laptop it is a work horse. I use it a lot for my edraw suite and graphics. Autodesk sketchbook, etc. Plus, it is good for video editing. The screen has me captivated watching content. Seriously engaging. Also, use it a lot for online shopping. Mostly I get my software directly from websites I want to use. The Samsung software is not the main draw.

Open the Note app, there is a settings symbol at the top. It's small, next to the 3 lines on my tablet. On the laptop I trying to remember on the folders screen same symbol. Go into the settings menu. You will see a sync menu. It takes a minute, but, all your notes will sync. Same for the gallery app.

When I used it all my settings were intact but I updated the apps. You can go in-app, in about or whatever. Follow their hyperlink to the app install page. Uninstall using their uninstaller, then immediately reinstall it from that page. So, if it is a paid app, immediately recognized as such.

Once you get past the initial setup you will love the laptop. The screen still blows me away and had it since May. It performs well and is a work horse. Samsung has been improving the software. It was far from perfect. But has gotten a lot better. You should see the bios, they ditched the standard years ago look.

You will be surprised it could help. And, what they dont tell you is the clean version from the Samsung reserve volume is better than the one shipped. Your support agent must have been new. Ask for a manager next time and tell them you want the keyboard factory reset procedure. Also, the apps will all reinstall. May not be immediately but they will come in. You have the Samsung firmware and apps, Windows operating system and intel stuff. Windows 11 is a nightmare by itself. My system shipped with Win 10 Home. Just upgrading to Win 10 Pro propped 2 factory resets. The basic OS one; and the reserve volume one. Fixed all problems.

Factory reset it. Do the clean install one. All the Samsung apps can be reloaded from the most recent ones from Microsoft store. Don't be shocked if you see the bloatware removed. Everything you actually need can be reinstalled from the Microsoft store. Did you use the Samsung Update app yet? May be some new firmware. They update the bios regularly.

No, did Windows update start auto downloading in the background. I have a 360 with no problems. Are you on Home or Pro? Also, easier to sign in from the Samsung Bluetooth app, Notes or Gallery.

Sorry too break this to you. Not a Samsung issue but a Windows created problem. If the hardware worked before you installed Windows 11 then Microsoft is the problem. Open your Samsung update app see if there is new firmware. Also, go to the Microsoft store and see if there are updates for the devices. You just described why i am not updating my 360 to Windows 11. Windows updates are notorious for breaking things that once worked. If Samsung has not caught up to the problem of Win 11 disabling hardware with the OS update, they will, likely was not aware of it. I didn't get the notice of Windows 11 being available on my 360 laptop and I updated it today. Just regular updates available no OS update notice.
