Unfortunately It seems that you purchased a tablet that has Google device protection enabled, and the only way to remove it is with a pin number from the original owner, The original owner never signed out of their Google account and that is what triggered the Google device protection, Please contact Ebay for a Refund or Ask the seller for the pin number, Unfortunately there is no way to remove this feature even after a Full factory reset,

If you are using Google messages try clearing the cache for the application. If you are using Samsung messages perform the same steps, if these suggestions don't work try rebooting your phone into the Samsung recovery menu and select clear the cache partition and then reboot your device, I haven't had any issues with sending texts since today's update, if it continues please use the submit error report In the Samsung Members app to let the Samsung beta program team know that there is a possible issue

I had a similar experience with my washer, For some reason my clothes were still covered in a thin film of detergent after washing my clothes, I was also using to much detergent, I ended up running a cycle with Hot water and let it sit for about an hour then ran the rinse cycle, After I started to use less detergent everything was back to normal https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00031847/

Unfortunately Blink cameras are not supported yet by Samsung Smartthings but they technically should be since Ring cameras are supported .
