@Quinlot My Note 20 Ultra is working as usual. I get the "click" sound and easily take screenshots. Volume down and side key click works as usual. Do you have your phone muted or the volume turned down? There are several volume levels, make sure that the System volume is turned on.

@Hrpsicrd I think you will need to manually enter the passwords to get them into Samsung Wallet. I don't see any import capabilities. Before I outline 2 different ways to get them into Samsung Wallet, you may want to consider another option. If you went with a system agnostic password manager like 1Password you would be able to transport your passwords across devices and OS. They support Windows, iOS, Android, Mac, etc. Another benefit is that it will import a CSV file. Once you have 1Password installed and configured, it will record and suggest passwords just like Samsung Wallet. The difference is that the same passwords are now available on all of your devices. If you want to enter the passwords in Samsung Wallet, there are a couple of ways to do it: Go into Samsung Wallet, click the + button and add a password. Repeat for each password. Visit the website the password is associated with. Log into the website and Samsung Wallet will ask if you want to save the password. Repeat with each website. One advantage to this is that you can reset each password to have a shiny new password on every site.

@bcA50 Nothing in Good Lock will "take care of pop ups". Nice Catch will tell you what caused the pop ups. Open Good Lock. Click on Family on the bottom right. Click on Nice catch. The first time, you will need to install it. Once it is installed... Enable things like Vibration history, Toast history, Detect commercials, Screen wakeup history Now... when pop ups do occur, you can return to Nice catch on click on one of those category names to see the items that were detected. Then you would need to remove the app(s) that is causing the unwanted pop ups.

@bcA50 "I'm having difficulty finding Samsung's good luck and the nice catch module app. Can you please help me?" It's easiest if you download Good Lock from Samsung's Galaxy Store and then install Nice Catch from inside Good Lock. https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock

@bcA50 It is probably caused by some innocent sounding app that you downloaded but the app is actually malicious. If you boot into safe mode, I'm guessing all of your pop ups go away while booted in safe mode. You can then start deleting third party apps until you find the culprit. You could also install Samsung's Good Lock and the Nice Catch module. Enable and configure the Nice Catch module. After you do this, it will start tracking items that are popped to the screen. This will help you find the offending app.
