@Dvc There is a way to turn these off. It does take a couple of steps. First let's turn on visibility for the notification categories. Open phone settings Click on Notifications Click on Advanced settings Enable the option "Manage notification categories for each app". I hope that in the future this is on by default but currently it is not. Now turn off the Galaxy Store notifications that you don't want. Open phone settings Click on Notifications Click on App notifications Click the 3 dots in the right top corner and enable Show system apps Scroll down and click on Galaxy Store Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Notification categories. Now you can turn off the items that you don't want.

@Members_eH1U81n I'm glad that you resolved it. "Actually, all photos to everyone get the label, so it isn't just in one contact. " It was tied to one contact... your contact info. That is why it affected messages to everyone. 'By "address book", I guess you mean Google contacts.' Nope, as you discovered I meant Samsung Contacts app.

@Members_eH1U81n These photos aren't going out with the tag. What is happening is that it is showing you (and only you) the account that you used to send that picture. I believe that, in your address book, you have the entry "My profile" to a contact with the number that you are sending that text with. In the text, when you look at the photo that you sent it pulls the info from "My profile" and shows you that title above the photo. For example, for me "My profile" is set to my name. When I look at photos that I have texted in the text stream, it shows my name.

@Siguardlaxy8 Your label indicates a EU/UK dual SIM version of the S24 Ultra. The label on my S24 Ultra US unlocked 512 GB looks a little bit different than both yours and @GaryB82 's. Although my label does look a lot more like @GaryB82 's. Looks like @GaryB82 's is a Verizon carrier locked. The labels might vary slightly due to where they are being sold and manufactured. My S24 Ultra was manufactured in Korea. Checking Samsung specs I don't see mention of a version of the Ultra with 16 GB of RAM. https://www.samsungmobilepress.com/media-assets/galaxy-s24-ultra?tab=specs

I just tried the same and it updated the Network Storage Manager. Based on version number I'm guessing it is the same one that you downloaded via APK. Here is the link to it in the Galaxy Store https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.app.networkstoragemanager&cId=000007002199

@userXN4zdPaapI Yes this is built into your camera and gallery. Try this: Open the Camera app Click the gear icon to open the camera settings Enable the "Location tags" if they aren't already enabled. This will embed your location in every photo you take until you turn it off.

@SithLord That isn't something in the normal Samsung quick panel. An app that you installed must have put it in the quick panel. You may need an update to that app.

@GarryE Software Update is a system app and isn't normally visible in the Galaxy Store. Typically you open Software update by going to phone settings -> Software update. If you want to see the app in the Galaxy Store, try this: open phone settings and click on Apps. Find Software update and click on it. Scroll to the bottom where it says "App details in store". Click on that. It'll open the Galaxy Store at the Software update page.

@Tunningfork Does the box return when you exit safe mode? If so, you will need to remove 3rd party apps until you find the one generating that box.

@Conradfj "...at this point, I want my Flip 5 back..." I don't believe that you will be able to achieve that. If it is like most processing places, once the device is accepted it is dropped into the process and pretty hard to pull out.

@Metri9696 It is working as usual in Samsung Notes for me on my S23 Ultra running 6.1. It doesn't appear in Chrome search bar. I very rarely use Chrome so I can't say if the operation has changed or not.

@Tunningfork Yes, Developer options will be all the way to the bottom of the Tablet settings... if it is enabled. But I was just trying out the different options and none of them seem like they would cause this issue. This article describes how to boot into safe mode -> https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/#:~:text=First%2C%20completely%20power%20off%20the,appear%2C%20repeat%20the%20previous%20steps.

@Tunningfork My next thought is that something in Developer options is enabled or disabled. In Tablet settings, scroll down to the bottom and review the items enabled or disabled. [Edit] as a troubleshooting step, you can boot the tablet into safe mode. If the box is gone in safe mode, it could be caused by some 3rd party software.

@Conradfj I have used the trade in program for years with no issues. I know that this issue has happened before though with other. I would reach back out to them, keep calm, keep giving them facts, keep calm, escalate if possible if you aren't getting it resolved, keep calm.

@Anon2024 There are 2 IMEI's listed because you could have a physical SIM and and eSIM active at the same time. These are IDs stored in your phone when it is manufactured. This is not an issue and can not be changed by the user. IMEIs are like serial numbers on the cellular network. Each cellular service is going to connect to a unique IMEI. If you had both your SIM and eSIM service trying to use the same IMEI, you would not get service from either. Now, where is this phone number that you are referring to? Under the IMEI entries I see a IMEI SV entry which is 2 digits. I don't see any phone number.s.
