You have installed an app which is posting the ad. To confirm this you can boot in safe mode and verify proper operation. You will need to remove the offending app to get rid of the ad.

I had a similar issue happen to me yesterday. Very annoying. I managed to solve it by going into Bluetooth on my S10+ and disconnecting the buds (not unpairing them). A waited a few seconds and then clicked to reconnect them and then the connection was solid.

Do you by chance have "Lock Home screen layout" enabled?
To check:
(1) Click and hold on a blank spot on your home screen
(2) Click on the gear (Home screen settings)
(3) Enable/disable the "Lock Home screen layout" option

It's available. Open Samsung's "Galaxy Store". Download and install Samsung's "Good Lock". Open "Good Lock", goto the "Family" tab at the bottom, install "EdgeLighting+".

That is the handle for the Edge panel.
If you want to turn it off, go to Settings -> Display -> "Edge screen" and turn off "Edge panels".

It looks like you still have a screen protector installed. It would be the factory installed one unless you removed it. It looks like the edge of the screen protector has that wavy/scalloped edge. Either it was damaged or you just happen to notice it.

Very strange. I can leave my S10+ upstairs on a desk and wander around downstairs with no loss of connectivity with my Galaxy Buds. Same thing if the Buds are in the house and I am out in the yard, plays perfectly.

I just used the "Samsung Members" app. Click the "Get Help" tab at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to "My Products". Click the Register link. Enter the serial number of the Galaxy Buds. I used the serial number of the Right bud.

Does the email you are using to shop match the email that the certificate was sent to?
If not, I think that you are going to have a mismatch.
If the emails are the same, ensure that you are logged into your samsung account before applying the certificate.

With an unlocked device you typically have to manually configure carrier provided services.
Open the phone app.
Click on the 3 dots menu.
Click on Settings
Click on Voicemail.
Configure the Sprint voicemail settings.

To remove it from the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Blutooth settings and unpair the old device. Then when you disable/enable Bluetooth or reset the phone the old one will be gone.
To unregister the product from Samsung, go to samsung.com
Log in and then click on "My Products". You will then get a list of registered products. Under the picture of each you will see a link "Remove Product".
