No moisture in phone just started when I upgraded to Software Update 13 yesterday. Noticed that last night the phone updated to Software Update 14, and the problem went away. Late post. The issue was resolved. The problem that caused the missing apps was the good luck app. I uninstalled this app and problem solved. Good luck app must have a bug in it.

I figured out what was happening... It's because I had the notification style set to silent . Because once I got it set to Alert and sent someone a text, I received it on my clock screen. It says the name first and then the text message.

That's exactly how it's supposed to work. The numbers are not supposed to work independently of each other. If you have one phone account then even though the second device has to have a separate number because you can't have two devices with the same number those numbers are linked. If you made a call on your watch while it was not connected by Bluetooth to your phone your actual phone's numbers would come up on somebody else's caller ID. The fact that you want to use two separate numbers is a little puzzling

Go settings > About phone. You should see two IMEI numbers, one for physical SIM and another for eSIM. If both are there, Verizon is trying to force you into buying from them.

Hey, There is a way to back up your text messages and you can easily restore them after the factory reset. You can back up them on Samsung Cloud and you can restore them later. Follow these steps. Go to Settings > Cloud and Account > Accounts > Samsung Account > Add Account, then login to your Samsung Account, if you don’t have an account, then create it. Now, again navigate to Settings > Cloud and Account > Samsung Cloud > Backup Settings. Now, simply turn on the toggle next to the Messages app. If you want to manually back up your text messages, then tap on Backup Now, and it will let you back up manually. There is an option where it automatically backup your text messages, tap on Automatic Backup, it will automatically back up your texts. Now, restore it after performing a factory reset. In smart switch click on 3 dots at top right side and it opens to a list, try check for updates. If that doesn't work try next one and follow instructions in it. Forgot to mention that is the smart switch app on your pc connected to the phone. after updating to One UI 5.0 (Android 13), if you haven't already done so, please try to clear the phone cache and run the repair apps option thru recovery mode. To get to recovery mode: - Turn off phone - Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously - When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears - Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET) - Use power button to select. **I personally do this 3 times** - Run the repair apps option and your device will restart. This usually fixes bugs after updates. NOT GUARANTEED, but worth trying! LMK if this has helped you! Open up the system settings then click emergency number to call now click custome and change it to 0000 to stop it from calling or of course you can set it for any number you want 😉

I can't see my camera app on my personal account I have my work and personal but only shows on my personal. I went to hidden apps wasn't there I went to all my apps it was there Ethier, it feels like my whole phone removed the app completely. What do I do?

But my galaxy 5 watch died in less than 8 hours during my sleep cycle last night and it has been at 87% battery before I went to sleep. I looked at my battery useage and it said that the mobile network was using 66% of my battery!! That is where the issue is. So there is an option to turn off the mobile network on the watch but I'm don't know what that will do to the watch. Can I turn off the mobile network and just use my watch via Bluetooth?
