Hello, I might try helping. Do you use an app that uses wifi scanning to operate such as nexar dashcam app? Put the device into the safe mode and see if the wifi drops? What is the phone's model number, carrier, Software version. 😄

Device is set to vibrate so is the notification - just you can't adjust the bar since its set up to match ringtone. in this above setting - your notification & phone calls both will vibrate. In the picture above you can see notification greyed out but in vibrate mode.
Please check again if your notification & text message vibrates or goes to silent. If its silent, then definately a bug.

that's where u r mistaken. even for the unlocked phones, samsung has to get approved by the carrier. that's y ppl get the updates all different times. anyway i would factory reset and see if that helps. if not, then take it to ubreakifix for a diagnosis. worst case scenario, exchange.

try that in safe mode? if u still sees the pop up, then it is what it is. however if u dont see the pop up again in safe mode, then u have to uninstall one by one of the apps to find out which app is causing it

Eu model has different bixby server. I'm pretty sure it was just temporary server issue. if u still can't use the bixby, u should look for local samsung shop or call samsung customer service for further info. u.s. samsung moderators or customers can't help u.
