@51successful Sounds like you have enabled the timer. Click on the Timer icon along the top of the camera window. Select the clock icon which is all the way on the left, that turns off the timer.

Go to Settings->Apps->Samsung Messages->Storage-> and delete the data. Now restart Samsung Messages and right up front it should ask you if you want to use advanced messaging or something like that. Select Yes and finish initializing the Messages app. If your carrier supports ECS you should now find the setting as I described above

I don't have the option of "install all updates" in Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I can't update my WebView on the phone or in Play Store. I removed and reinstalled Chrome, and that worked for a while (except for Gmail), but now the Samsung apps like memo are crashing. Do you have any other suggested fixes?

hello @hannah2008 if you're using a case, just make sure you get a case that has raised edges around the camera module. Most Samsung cases are minimal around the camera, but there are a lot of 3rd party cases that offer more protection

Well, I repaired it myself. I lacked patience. I took the whole key off the phone, and saw one of the little plastic guides that keep it in place stayed inside, so i delicately got it out, then proceeded to glue it back to the key. A bit of trial & error was necessary so the key would move as intended, but now it works. @Mari_K there is no authorized store in my area (50km around). Samsung offered to send me a form so I can send my phone directly to a repair centre, but I really couldn't afford having no phone, since I use it professionnally on a daily basis. @Leo831 Let's hope i didn't void it in the process ! But there is no damage on the phone itself. Only the key shows a little dent on its paint after i took it out a 2nd time (the glueing process left the key wider just under the plastic guide, i had to ajdust). Thanks - I've taken to do exactly that. Was just looking for the phone to do the right thing on its own as I sometimes forget to turn off Airplane Mode when leaving the house or entering Airplane when I come home. What I have done to make things more convenient is: Using ADB, configured the phone to leave on WiFi and Bluetooth when enabling Airplane Mode. You don't have to be root for that. Created a Bixby routine called Airplane Mode. Doesn't to anything but toggle Airplane mode on/off, but I can put this on my home screen to make life a bit easier.

it can take 2 weeks to get the email with the return label, but you MUST go to a FedEx store to take your box. They can only track your package return if it's scanned at a FedEx location and if they don't receive it, you will not have an official receipt from FedEx showing you gave them the package. In the email they specifically say you must take to a FedEx store. I have to drive over 30 mins away for my local FedEx store.

hello @Marine6212 although the ability to change the messages text bubbles isn't built in, there are 3rd party apps you can use to get the exact things you're looking for. Textra is a 3rd party messaging app that doesn't require your contacts to use it for you to send them messages. There are so many customization options for it and it's been around forever, very reliable and has high reviews on the Google play store. You can also change your phone's theme, a lot of theme developers change the messaging background and text bubble colors with their themes. I know you want the option to just be built into the default app, but since it's not, these are some options for you. Hope this helps.
