Hmm. Try this really quick. With the phone off, press and hold Power and Volume up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys, highlight Wipe cache partition, then power to select and confirm on the following screen. On the original menu, use volume to navigate to Repair apps, and then power again to select. This will reindex all your apps.

Try Settings>General management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. Mind you, this will clear all your active connections and you will have to reestablish them afterward.

Try factory resetting the watch. 1) Turn off your watch by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home key (Power key) and Back key until "Rebooting" displays at the bottom of the watch's display. 2) Quickly press the Home key repeatedly until the Reboot mode menu is displayed. 3) Press the Home key multiple times until Recovery is selected. Note: If you stay idle while on the Reboot menu, the watch will start up normally. 4) Press and hold the Home key to reboot and start the recovery. If you have a Galaxy Watch4, Watch5, or Watch6 series watch, continue to the next step. All other watches will begin the recovery process. 5) Galaxy watches running Wear OS will display another menu. Swipe down (tap back key) to select Wipe data/factory reset, and then tap the Home button to select. Swipe down again to highlight Factory data reset, and confirm on the following screen to reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

"The 2022 Frame TV (LS03B) and 2022 Serif TV (LS01B) have a special reflective surface that is designed to reduce glare. However, some fingerprints and smudges will be harder to clean because of it. Try using a microfiber cloth, but if it doesn't work you can use a melamine foam sponge (magic eraser). Follow these steps exactly to clean the screen: 1) Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. 2) Lightly dampen a microfiber cleaning cloth with a few drops of water and gently wipe the stain. Important: Do not wet the sponge before wiping the TV. Only lightly dampen the stain using the microfiber cloth as described in step 2. Do not use any cleaning solutions. 3) Gently clean the stain with the melamine foam sponge before the water dries up." https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00046181/

Hmm. When you receive a notification, does anything appear on the screen whatsoever? Does this happen for all notifications, or just certain ones?

You do not. Either wrist will work. I have always worn my watch on my right wrist and have received the irregular heartbeat notification.

You may want to reach out to T-Mobile concerning this. The feature might not be available since many carrier-locked variants have their own respective services that they like to charge a monthly fee for.
