GhostlyDada, Unfortunately, if a carrier has decided to blacklist a device, it is almost impossible to get the carrier to remove it. You can look up the IMEI# online and see which carrier the device is locked to and possibly giving them a call and see what they say as it doesn't hurt but they cannot give any info on the actual account linked to that device.

There are some very good suggestions in here. One feature I would love to see added to Samsung Account would be a "Device Profile Option". What I mean by that is say I use my personal phone for work as well. When I want to use my Samsung S24+ for work I could go into my Samsung Account and select "Work" profile which would allow my device to have all my work specific applications, widgets, and custom device setting that I would only want to use while I am working. This feature would basically give the owner the option to set multiple device Profile settings. This is pretty much what you get with when you sign-in to your Microsoft PC and have different user accounts and the Guest account. Example, if I wanted to allow a friend or family member use my Galaxy S24+ for the day, I could simply sign into the "Guest Account" which would have the stock features as it would right out of the box. No access to any of my applications, photos, or any data that would be available if I was signed on my personal account. This is basically taking "Maintance Mode" and allowing the owner of the device to create different Device Profile Accounts and setup those accounts to how I want them.

RichardBenardHolden, the last firmware update sent to the Galaxy Buds Live was way back in April 2022. I will drop a link to show all firmware updates that were sent to the Buds Live in its life cycle. I, for one, was a huge fan of the Buds Live with their comfortable fit and great battery life. I do agree with you NemoN. I am using the OneUI 6.0 Beta on my Z Fold5 and one option I would of liked is more colored pallete combinations as like we have for some stock Galaxy Watch watchfaces. Also it would of been nice to add the RGB HEX color chart to select a solid color.

Using the 50MP & 200MP mode on the S23 Ultra definetly takes a learning curve to get the best out of them. I was able to lookup a really good article from CNN about using the S23U's camera and there are some really good points in it. I'll leave the link below for you. TheRabbi, the best option is to download the FedEx app from the Google Play Store. Once you have signed up with the app you are able to track packages easily. Also gives you the ability to recieve notifications on shipping/delivery updates and also cancel a delivery/give special delivery drop-off instructions.

hanfish, I will try to help as best I can. Please tell me more about this notification you are recieving when the photo is refining? As far as I'm aware when I snap a photo in either 50MP or 200MP mode I am unaware of any notification about photo refining. There is a brief couple of seconds after taking the photo where the photo is processing through the software AI before the photo is final and ready in the Gallery. As far as taking the best photos for what you are using it for I myself do not use the higher 50MP/200MP modes. I tend to use the 12MP mode with 3X zoom. Sometimes I like to use Portrait Mode in 2x or 3x which really allows the products to be highlighted. I find using the 50MP or 200MP modes best for outdoor shots or naturally lit indoor shots and after processing zooming in the photos to crop the imagine for better sharpness in the details over the standard 12MP. Again, this is just how I tend to use my S23U to take photos of products I sell online or want to post on social media. There is alot of info about how to get the most out of your S23 Ultra 50MP & 200MP modes on YouTube. There is definitely a learning curve to using these modes and without researching online it can be frustrating at first to using these modes. Good luck and I hope my experience helped you.

Yeah don't get me wrong I understand where you're coming from. Sometimes we consumers tend to overthink it when shipping gets delayed but it can simply be there was high demand for this product and the people who pre-ordered early are fine as there was plenty of supply in the U.S. warehouses. Some of us ordered a bit late and have to wait for more supply to arrive from overseas.

DarSnarf, I as well pre-ordered my Watch6 Classic the last day as well and I had a date if Sept. 1st for awhile but today I too have a new date of Sept. 15th. It does kinda suck to get a new delivery date almost 3 weeks from now. I am quite impressed Samsung is giving me $200 trade-in for my Watch5 and they also included the free fabric band as well. There's always a chance the shipping dates could be pushed forward as well. 😎👍

It is recommended to keep the pre-installed screen protector on the Z Flip5. If there is any issues with it, Samsung covers a one time free replacement if needed.

ohhhdan, tho I have not run into this issue with receiving my Samsung reward points I would recommend giving customer support a call as they will be able to look into why your reward points are still pending after this many months. The best way is to contact them under the Support section of the Samsung Members App.

You should of recieved both a text message (with the mobile # you registered with when you made the purchase) and a email from the Samsung Trade-In Program. You should recieve these the day before or on the day your device is scheduled to be delivered. Both include a link for you to download the Samsung Trade-In Program return shipping label as well the confirmation label with your device trade-in details that goes inside the box.
