no it's still there. settings, notifications, enable brief for pop up style, that will enable a "brief pop-up settings" button, tap that, now you'll see edge lighting

if you're using Samsung Messages, I'm not sure, after looking at the settings, that Chat can be fully turned off. If you're using Google Messages, chat can be turned off completely. however, RCS might not be your issue. which messaging app are you using? for me, Google Message gives a more consistent performance and seems to send and receive messages faster, and with less fails.

I've checked several times since my last post here, my music notification widget has not spontaneously restarted since I last played music (Youtube Music), nor has any other media. seems to be working properly since last beta update.

This somewhat goes along with what several other testers have recommended. If Samsung can't implement the Android 11 power button menu (expanded device controls, etc), then at least allow for adding Samsung Pay or Google Pay cards to the Devices button.

this was a constant bug on Beta 1, but since Beta 2 it seems to have resolved for me. Now, when I long-press the media widget on the notification shade and then hit close, it does not come back. I'll report back if I'm wrong. After downloading the second Beta, I shut down, restarted into recovery, cleared cache... not sure if this makes a difference.

go to Chrome, tap the three dots, go to settings, then site settings, then scroll down to sound, make sure that's enabled.

yeah, they sort of have this under the devices and media buttons on the expanded notification shade, but it's not quite the same. they should let Samsung Pay be added to this.

I'm not noticing any difference with gesture sensitivity or animations when using One UI launcher. maybe I have a bad memory. my gestures are very smooth unless I switch to a different launcher, and then the home gesture doesn't work as consistently as it should.

Please make the folder icon grid like it was in One UI 2.5 (4 icons across, 3 icons high). It's much better for one-handed use. Sadly, the latest beta didn't change this.

I updated my apps, Google was not one of them. Went to Google app, settings, Google assistant, voice match...the OK Google toggle refused to switch on. Then I restarted my phone, tried again, now I could switch it on. not sure what changed, but now Ok Google detection is working.

interesting. if I hit the 3 dots menu, I get "use as", which allows for the image to be used as a contact photo or as the lock screen wallpaper. but not the home screen wallpaper. definitely need to fix this.

I had a problem with T-Mobile visual voicemail. Would not sync. I had to clear app data and give permission for Enhanced Caller Information under settings after a fresh set-up. Since doing so, it's been working well.
