if the banner don't appear, make sure your phone is up to date. go to settings, down to software update, update your phone and than it should be there. once you sign in to the program you go back to settings to software update and it should be ready to download. it is there I promise! good luck!

go to settings to software update than update your phone to latest. once you do that you go back to s member and it should be there. sighn in than you go back to software update and do the update. it worked 4 me.
