Bought in 2015 and Icemaker had a trouble within 2 years as it stopped making ice. Factory warranty mechanic replaced the Icemaker. Ice in the Icemaker would freeze up once in a while. But for past month, it has impossible to deal with as all the ice cubes in the box would stick to each other and get struck. No ice could be dispensed. Please advise what I can I do?

Mine is 3 year old refirgerator. I have Lowes Protection plan on a Samsumg refrigetrator. They wouldn't cover rust. It is, they say, is a cosmetic issue. I was advised to call Samsung. Ofcourse Samsung doesn't stand behind their product either. They gave reasons why rust happens. Humidity, Temperature blah blah blah. I do not live in open area in sea cost or Amazon forest. I have roof and walls to protect it from damaging winds. I do not live in arctic or in Atcama. Live in Chicago under comfortable living conditions that support human life. If they can not guarantee rust proof equipment under normal wear and tear conditions of responsible adults home, what can they guarantee their product for? I do not understand how lack of proper design/lack of quality of materials including paint, is considered cosmetic issue under normal wear and tear condition? Isn't it a design issue? Isn't it a workmanship issue? Isn't it a quality issue? Never going to buy Samsung appliances again and some wise person earlier said in this thread, I will be a proponent against Samsung appliances
