Figured out half of my problem by messing around with settings and I can now see messages I'll try and figure out the youtube thing thanks Larry

I did that then I disabled it due to not being able to open any apps besides youtube was that supposed to happen?

This has been happening for a day I wont get any notifications all day but once I open an app like Instagram messages and replays pop out of nowhere and aswell with youtube I have notifications turned on for youtube but no notifications come up anymore and it started once I used the app and pressed something while 75% asleep and I need help. Please Samsung I'd rather not switch to apple.
