I returned my galaxy icon x 2018 because of an issue and since I had warranty. This was sometime around mid-February, since then I tried calling, texting, emailing and online-chatting to get an answer regarding my product. At first, I wanted to know what my options were, but as I realized it was a real struggle to resolve this, I didn't even mind having them send me back my broken product (thinking I can atleast use the one piece that works fine) THATS how bad it got...
It was a very frustrating experience. Eventually, the last time I called, the samsungcare person told me straight up, to just wait. I appreciated his frankness, but then it really got me upset because I am without a product that I purchased legitmately now for over 3 1/2 months. I literally do not go to the gym as much as I used to because of this... and it is adding unnecessary stress.
Is there anybody out there that has a similar issue as me? Do we just give up? Thank you for listening.
