Will my A2 charger work on the new watch 4? I know I had an older charger before that wouldn't charge my A2 it kept flashing red. Be nice to have an extra one but it doesn't really matter. They did tell me to keep my band also so I cancelled my silver with silver sport band order and it showed only white available which is fine and now I will get the watch like 10 days sooner. Well my issue happened a week before my warranty was going to run out. And mine had no liquid damage whatsoever which is what they tried to tell me In the end I got a refurb and watch they sent me another one. But I didn't think I was going to get one of my husband not too long after bought me an Active 2 and I like it much better. I also have an old gear S3 that was my first smartwatch it's big I gave it to my husband and I recently heard the new s21's may not work with the gear S2 or 3 I wasn't really sure so I got him the newest Galaxy watch 3 because there was a sale and a good trade-in. And now we're getting new next week for pre-order on the S21s I said I wouldn't buy Samsung ever again but since they ended up finally sending me a watch I changed my mind and that all had to do with somebody on here that was so helpful.. ... I'm still trying to get a replacement. Was under warranty did everything right sent in my replacement with receipt. And yes someone on  here has been more helpful than people on the phone. He got me set up for a replacement and I sent watch back a second time becasue they sent it back to me after telling me I cause the water damage and had to pay they sent it back saying receipt invalid nothing wrong with watch. So on 4/13 I sent watch back again and am still waiting and have called over and over. Two days ago I was told my latest ticket number was also cancelled like my 1st one and that a 3rd one would be created and had to be reviewed. Their is nothing to review they said I would get an email the next day which I did not.    So I call back again today and was told no that ticket number was not cancelled everything is set to go your replacement is just waiting to be sent out since 4/13. I was told within 4 business days. They sent my broken watch back so quick but to send me a replacement it's taking a month.  I am so unhappy with Samsung right now it's crazy.   And I am worried about the replacement doing the same thing. I was shocked to discover this because I have really been nursing my tablet and always putting it in my incase case when traveling. So the construction with glass on both the back and front must be really really week. The sad part is that I bought it in Best Buy in the US, so it is impossible for me to return it to the vendor as we don't have Best Buy in Denmark.   And now after this third dissapointment with my watch I must admit that I'm now looking for another brand, preferably one of the cheaper chinese brands as I've been using way too much money on Samsung products. It is really a big dissapointment as I love Samsungs design and own a lot of their products, even my TV is from Samsung. Cause when I call 1-800 Samsung they are no help and they told me a supervisor would contact me today and all I got was another VM from a regular person saying I have to pay $225 and that it's my fault their is water damage. OMG! Sorry I keep commenting on different peoples post but yours is doing exactally what mine did. Mine fell off a couple weeks ago found it on the bathroom floor tried to put it back on their was sticky goop on the back and the part that fell off. Mine quit charging and was overheating and they are telling me it has water damage and corosion and blaming it on me. I can't believe Samsung doesn't know that it is a faulty design. All these people here having the same problem and they are telling us all it's out fault and water damage. Wow same thing happened to me and I was 2 weeks shy of my 1 year warranty. The sensor kept coming off I tried to put it back on watch wouldn't charge said it was overheating or too hot to charge. It was kind of warm on my wrist and I had a red rashy sploch on my wrist. They are telling me the same thing that I have liquid water damage inside the back and corosion and water damage on the LCD.   I am waiting for a higher up supervisor to call me back but from coming here they aren't doing anything about it. I never once submerged my watch in any kind of liquid and always took it off to shower or bathe. I am appaled that this big of a company is scamming all these people and making it look like their fault. I told my husband if they don't make this right we are done with Samsung and we have phones I have a chromebook. It's Crazy! I guess I'm out of luck too. Seriously! A supervisor calling me back won't be any help only someone on here? I am waiting on a supervisor to call me back! I have never submerged my wacth in any kind of liquid and always take it off when I shower. The back sensor fell off and that is when all my problems started. I didn't even know it had fallen off till a couple days later after wearing it I found it on the bathroom floor. Than it quit charging I woke up one morning and it was on 0 after being on the charger all night and the sensor kept coming off and then I was getting another error after putting it back on and charging it being too hot or overheating and I tried another charger same thing. That is when I called Samsung and looked up the date I bought watch at Best Buy.   They are telling me liquid damage inside the back with corsosion and liquid damage on the LCD I keep a screen protector on the front. I would know if I got my watch wet. My husband is the one who found this community and I told them on the phone it's happened to several other people. I have Samsung phones a chromebook and have been team Samsung since the 7 Edge came out switched from HTC. But am really going to not buy Samsung again if they don't make this right. And then I realized my phone's acting up too but his is worse. And sometimes it will say 4G LTE with a couple bars but still won't do anything. Is it mostly Sprint though? My husband's phone was worse than mine but mine was worse than my s9 plus. We got unlocked phones was on Sprint. His came from Samsung and mine Best  Buy. We switched to Verizon and he put in a test Sim in both of our phones and we thought we were good. Husband's phone still bad and mine is better in some places but we both lose connection too much. Was going to switch before the s10 problem anyway but my husband's Note 8 was even better.   Samsung days they are aware and also will have an update soon. My husband wanted a new phone and they said take it to this place first and have them re-flash the software. U Break It We Fix It store. I called there today and was told our phone still had Sprint update on it and that re-flashing should help is that true? Since we took phone to Verizon and we did already have the Sprint April 16th update so would re-flashing software help? He said to do a backup cause we'll lose our stuff but it's worth a try. Today I had no signal sitting outside at this restaurant by my house.     Samung did say they  are aware and their technical support was working on an update. I know it's mostly Sprint now I'm reading a few others including Verizon. I guess I'll just let this store re-flash my software and if it doesn't work go back to best buy but I'm over my time to return just like my husband is through Samsung. It's horrible! One place I never had signal inside on any one did have great signal yesterday though I love Verizon.
