I have a problem with calls from a friend. They come in with no called id, "unknown" gets displayed. If I answer it's him. The same calls to my wife's phone (a pixel 3a), the number is displayed correctly. We are both on the same carrier, I contacted them and they were no help.

Version 1109. It happens with apps as well. Most recent scenario: able to play DVD with sound ... turned off unit and inserted audio CD ... no sound ... chose Youtube app ... no sound ... turned unit off ... turned back on ... sound! Mike

I am having problems with the unit and sound. Sometimes with a DVD or CD, there is no sound. Usually I can unplug the unit for 20 seconds, try again and get sound. Other times just turinng the unit off and back on will get the sound going. I called Samsung support and they had me go through a reset which worked until the next time I tried to play a CD. According to settings->update, I have the latest software. I am using the HDMI out into an HDMI port on a Yamaha home theater receiver and HDMI out of the receiver to a Samsung smart TV.
