ok, I have Xfinity mobile. when I first got it I was able to make video calls then all of a sudden the feature was gone, should I ask them about it?

I would like to see on the new update for security purposes, the only way to power off, turn off location and things like that is if the phone is unlocked or have a password. When people steal phones they have the option to turn the phone off so you can't locate your phone or call to see where it is, this helps with theft and loss prevention.

When I first got my galaxy note 10+ I was able to video call, after the update the feature wasn't available anymore. A couple of my friends have the same phone and they have the feature. Is this cause of my network or a system issue? I don't care to use duo like that.
