Update: I've decided it was best to return the phone and purchase it through my phone provider as I found it to be less expensive and hectic than what I had to deal with. Although I managed to do a complete factory reset, I noticed that the issue remained the same. I just did, and the problem still persists even though I see that the lines minimize. I've made an appointment to a Repair Store to find out if there's an issue with the phone itself or just the quality of the camera.
